Innsbruck Airport (INN)


Nestled in the Tyrolean Alps, Innsbruck Airport (known locally as Kranebitten Airport) is a convenient airport for skiers headed to the popular ski resorts of the Austrian Alps. Located just 2.5 miles (3km) from Innsbruck, the airport is a modestly sized facility with a selection of duty-free shops and restaurants located in the single terminal. Flights to Innsbruck Airport are available mostly on a seasonal basis, with flights available to destinations including Moscow, Berlin, London, Belfast, Amsterdam, Ibiza, and Sharm-el-Sheikh.


The airport is located 2.5 miles (about 4km) west of Innsbruck.

Getting to the city

Public bus route F connects Innsbruck Airport with the city centre. Journey time is about 20 minutes.

Airport Taxis

Taxis are available outside the arrivals area. A journey to the city centre should take about 15 minutes.

Parking is available in a multilevel garage connected to the terminal by a covered walkway; prices are slightly cheaper in the long-term lots. During winter, P1 and P5 are not available.
