Getting to the city
It is best to organise airport transport with your hotel or host, but taxis and rental cars can be arranged at the airport.
National Car Rental has facilities at the airport.
Shared taxis (beaten-up old green Renaults) are available to transport passengers from the airport to the city. Private taxis (orange or yellow) are also available on request.
Facilities are limited but include duty-free shopping and a food counter.
OUA airport offers both short-term parking and long-term parking.
Ouagadougou Airport is the hub for Air Burkina, and airlines servicing the airport include Air Cote d'Ivoire, Air France, Air Mali, Arik Air, ASKY Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Gambia Bird, Kenya Airways, Royal Air Maroc, Senegal Airlines, Tunisair, KLM, Turkish Airlines and Westair Benin.
