Ports of Call
Nice Cote dAzur Airport
A bustling regional airport, Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is the main gateway to the fashionable resorts of the Côte d'Azur, or French Riviera. Tourists bound for Cannes and Monaco fly through Nice Côte d'Azur Airport to avoid the bustle of Paris, and the facility is well-equipped to handle the 10 million passengers who pass through each year.
The airport is efficient and pleasant to fly through, with light and airy terminals filled with duty-free shops and restaurants.
Flights to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport come from destinations all over Europe.
The airport is situated four miles (6km) west of Nice.
Getting to the city
Buses leave regularly for hundreds of destinations between Marseilles and Genoa, and Buses 98 and 99 go into Nice every 20-30 minutes. Bus 98 goes from both terminals into central Nice, while Bus 99 goes to the railway station from both terminals. TER and SNCF trains go to Cannes and most other main towns and cities from Nice, and the stations are within a mile of the airport.

All major car rental companies are represented in the arrivals area, including Europcar, Hertz and Budget.
Metered taxis are available outside both terminals, and the average fare into Nice is €23-31 during the day and €28-33 at night.
Transfer between terminals
A free shuttle bus connects the two terminals every 5-10 minutes between 4.30am and 12.30am; but they are within easy walking distance at other times.
There are a number of restaurants, bars and shops, banks and foreign exchange facilities in both terminals. Other facilities include health services, VIP lounges, prayer rooms, meeting points, and a business centre with meeting rooms and internet facilities. Disabled facilities are good; passengers with special needs should contact their airline in advance. Luggage-wrapping services and porters are available, as well as left-luggage facilities.
There is short and long-term parking available at both terminals. P9 is the most economical, but P2 and P3 are closer to the terminals and charge about double. Extra-security parking is available in lots G1 and G2, and long-term parking is in lot P8, which is served by a free shuttle bus.
Wifi is free. Pay-as-you-go internet terminals are also provided.
VIP and club lounges provide business services like fax, phone, internet, newspapers, and refreshments.
