Known to many as Nuremburg Airport, Nürnberg Airport is located 3.1 miles (5.3km) from Nuremburg. The 10th busiest airport in Germany, Nürnberg Airport is a hub for Air Berlin and processes more than four million passengers each year.

The airport is small and efficient, with a small but good-quality selection of shops and restaurants and convenient public transport links into Nuremburg. Processing times are quick, however long queues can appear at peak holiday traffic times.
