Newark Liberty International

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)

Overview

Newark liberty International Airport may be located in Newark, New Jersey, but it is one of the most popular airport hubs for flights to New York City. Situated about 15 miles (24km) southwest of central Manhattan, the airport processes more than 33 million passengers each year, making it the tenth busiest airport in the US, and third for New York City (behind the behemoths JFK and La Guardia).

The airport is made up of three passenger terminals, each with three concourses: parking is on the ground floor, baggage carousels are on the second level, gates and shops are on the third level, with ticketing counters above.
