Belfast City Airport
One of Northern Ireland's major airports, George Best Belfast City Airport is named in honour of a legendary footballer who played for Manchester United and England in the 1960s.
The airport is small in size with just a single runway for daily flights. The terminal is known for its efficiency however, and little amenities like the massage bar and children's play area in addition to a small selection of restaurants and shops make it a pleasant travel hub for flights to and from Belfast.
Flights to George Best Belfast City Airport are available primarily on UK budget carriers, and are available to cities across the UK, as well as a few major European cities and holiday resorts.
The airport is situated a mile (3km) east of Belfast.

The service runs between 6am and 9.50pm daily at a fare of about £3 for a single journey. Buses also connect the airport to main railway stations.
