Theadore Francis Green State Airport (PVD)
Overview
T.F. Green Airport was named after Theodore Francis Green, Rhode Island's former governor and senator. It is a short drive from Providence and handles close to four million passengers each year.
T.F. Green's terminal contains only the bare essentials and a couple of dining venues for passengers only. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a great massage therapy business for passengers spending extra time at the airport.

The airport is located about nine miles (14km) from Providence.
Getting to the city
Peter Pan Bus Lines provides a service from the airport to central providence. RIPTA bus ferries commuters to Kennedy Plaza and Providence train station and taxis are available.
