Overview
Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport is an efficient airport with a reputation for quick and hassle-free travel. Located 13 miles (20km) southeast of Gothenburg, the facility is one of the largest in Sweden, processing well over four million passengers each year.
The airport has a Domestic and an International Terminal. However, all check-in processing happens in the International Terminal for screening purposes. The two terminals are connected by a transfer area with several shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as internet kiosks.
Flights to Gothenburg-Landvetter Airport are available from cities all over Europe and the Middle East, including London, Paris, Berlin, Damascus, Helsinki, Tehran, Amsterdam, Barcelona, the Canary Islands, Budapest and Istanbul. There are also a few seasonal routes to destinations such as Cancun.

The airport is located 15 miles (24km) east of Gothenburg.
Getting to the city
An airport bus departs frequently to the city centre; a local bus network is also available. Tickets are available from self-service machines.

Airport Taxis
Taxis are available outside the Arrivals Hall. Fares to central Gothenburg are usually charged at a fixed price.
Transfer between terminals
The airport used to have two terminals, but they have now been combined.
Facilities
A full banking service and foreign exchange are offered; ATMs are available in the Arrivals and Departures halls. There are several bars, cafes, and restaurants in the airport. Other facilities include safe deposit boxes, children's playgrounds, tourist information and various stores and duty-free shops. Those with disabilities are well catered for.
Parking
Long and short-term car parking options are available. Lots P2, P3 and P4 are adjacent to the terminal while P5, P6 and P7 are a bit further away.
