Lansing Capital Region International Airport (LAN)
Overview
Also known as Capital City Region International Airport, Lansing Capital City Airport is located just three miles (5km) northwest of Lansing, Michigan. Despite its important-sounding name, the airport is small.
Lansing Capital City Airport has limited facilities, with only a few gift shops and cafés to keep passengers entertained while they wait for their flights. Thus a good book and fully-charged phone are essential for whiling away a layover in Lansing.
Location
The airport is located three miles (5km) northwest of downtown Lansing.
Getting to the city
Capital Area Transit Authority (CATA) provides a fixed route bus service to Capital Region International Airport seven days a week along Route 14.
