Le Tigre de Papier
Set in a tropical garden complete with swimming pool and bar, Le Tigre de Papier (The Paper Tiger) is a popular Siem Reap restaurant. Not only does it prepare some of the best pizza in Cambodia 24 hours a day from its wood fired ovens, but Le Tigre de Papier also offers a Khmer barbecue featuring fresh crocodile and ostrich, with diners using their own table-top barbecues to cook the meat. The Only One
The Only One is a small, intimate restaurant serving classic French and Asian cuisine prepared from the freshest ingredients and served with a smile. Menu favourite include the beef stir-fry with pineapple, and the Crêpe Royale with ham, mushrooms, cheese and egg. The owner welcomes and converses with diners comfortably, and an exhibition of his photos adorn the restaurant walls. Open daily from 10am till late, reservations recommended.
