Not only does it prepare some of the best pizza in Cambodia 24 hours a day from its wood fired ovens, but Le Tigre de Papier also offers a Khmer barbecue featuring fresh crocodile and ostrich, with diners using their own table-top barbecues to cook the meat. The Only One
