Airports in Prague
Prague Ruzynì International Airport is a clean and efficient airport just 10 miles (16km) west of Prague's city centre. Prague has become a popular destination for quick weekend breaks and the Old Town district offers trendy nightclubs and pubs. The airport has quick processing times and the staff are friendly. However, the shops, restaurants and bars are quite expensive. Passengers with lots of time to kill at the airport should head to the cinema in the departures hall of Terminal 2.
The airport is situated 7 miles (12km) northwest of Prague.
Getting to the city
Minibus shuttles leave regularly for the city centre; they can drop passengers off at hotels throughout the city. The Airport Express provides the quickest transport to Prague Main Train Station. Public buses have regular services to all areas of Prague departing from the front of the arrivals hall. Public transportation fares are based on time of travel.
