This small, intimate restaurant is highly regarded for its good service and fantastic food, specialising in local French cuisine. Their menu changes daily according to what is fresh and available. Chez Emile is not a budget restaurant, but is great for treating yourself to something nice. Bookings are recommended. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Michel SARRAN is Toulouse's only restaurant to be awarded 2 Michelin stars. Located in the heart of the downtown area in a converted townhouse, the restaurant is warm and welcoming and serves the best regional, seasonal cuisine. Though Michel SARRAN is not a budget restaurant, you can save money by trying their excellent lunch menu.

Vegetarians travelling in Toulouse will want to be sure to make a reservation at La Faim des Haricots.
