Airports in Mackinaw City
Bishop International Airport (FNT) is situated just four miles (7km) from Flint, Michigan. Despite its capacity to receive international flights, it gets most of its air traffic from within the United States, and a few flights from nearby Canada. Many passengers choose to fly through smaller airports for a more personal experience, and because small airports generally levy less added-on taxes and fees, and allow for quicker boarding and disembarking times. Bishop International Airport is just such an airport. If you have some time to kill while waiting for your flight, Joe's Shoe Shine service at Bishop International Airport is highly recommended. Sit down on one of the comfy chairs and let the staff at Joe's give your shoes 'the best shine this side of the Mason Dixon Line'. It's a fun place to relax and get tips on tourist attractions and things to do in and around Flint.
