Airports in Oslo
Oslo Airport is a short 20-minute train ride from central Oslo, making it a great airport to use when travelling to Norway. The airport is well connected to cities across Europe and handles some 32 million passengers annually.
Oslo Airport is easy to navigate around as it has just one terminal with two tiers attached. There is a range of restaurants and shopping options at the airport, but some of them can be quite pricey for those travelling on a budget. Spending a few extra hours at the airport is easy as there are plenty of things to do. Of particular interest is the public art on display.
The airport is situated 31 miles (50km) northeast of Oslo.
Getting to the city
The Airport Express Train and a variety of taxis run between Drammen, Asker, Sandvika, Lysaker, Skøyen, Nationaltheatret, Oslo S, and Lillestrøm. Buses and shuttles travel to and from the surrounding areas and back to the airport.
