Vigo Climate & Weather
Vigo Climate and Weather
Vigo has an oceanic climate. However, Vigo's summers tend to be warmer and drier and its winters milder than most other areas in the region. Vigo has substantial rainfall throughout the year, which differentiates it from other parts of Spain which have a Mediterranean climate. During the summer, from late June to early September, Vigo's temperatures range from 63°F (17°C) to 76°F (24°C). The city's winters, from November to February, experience temperatures of 41°F (5°C) to 58°F (14°C). As a result of its sheltered location, Vigo experiences warmer temperatures than other Galician towns.
