The climate of Albuquerque is very dry, so visitors are advised to pack plenty of moisturiser. The city enjoys sunny weather virtually all year, with little rain and low humidity, but there is a wide discrepancy between mid-summer and mid-winter temperatures. Summers in Albuquerque are very hot, temperatures rising well above 90ºF (32ºC), while in winter thermometers can plunge to several degrees below freezing.
