The Cayman Islands Cookout is a world class food and wine event that draws well-known international chefs, wine experts and spirit blenders from all over the world. Events for the cookout include cooking demonstrations, special gala dinners, culinary island tours and wine tastings. While one of the big focuses of the event is delicious food and fine wine, another focus is the Cayman Islands and enjoying the natural beauty and splendour of the islands. For the 2013 event, some of the chefs who will be conducting demonstrations are Anthony Bourdain, Paul Bartolotta, Daniel Humm, Sherry Yard and many more. The event will be hosted by Eric Ripert. All guests will be put up at the Ritz-Carlton on Grand Cayman as part of the event, and there will be special treats and trips for guests provided by the hotel throughout the weekend.
