Lake of Stars

Since 2004, autumn in Malawi has seen the Lake of Stars Festival take place on the palm-fringed beaches of Lake Malawi. The festival promotes Malawian music, raises money for charity and provides fantastic live music in an exotic and beautiful setting. International and African artists perform at the Chintheche Inn. As well as the festival, Lake of Stars holds events all over the world to help fund the festival and raise awareness of the event and of Malawi. In 2009 there will be various overland trips from South Africa to Malawi.

Venue: Sunbird Livingstonia Beach, Senga Bay.
