Julian Rachlin & Friends Chamber Music Festival
During the months of August and September, a series of six
chamber concerts are held at Dubrovnik's Rector's Palace. Violinist
Julian Rachlin hosts the event and is joined by musical greats as
cellist Mischa Maisky, violinist Janine Jansen, and pianist Itamar
Golan to name a few. The works of Tchaikovsky, Beethoven, Shumann,
Bach and Shostakovich are performed to an almost-always sold out
audience - a must for all lovers of classical music.
