Had the best week. Didn't even compare to any other travel company - WONDERFUL FOOD, BRILIANT COMPANY, BEAUTIFUL WALKING. For the Americans out there I would call this a hike though, not a walk.

Tried to book a walking holiday with ATG Oxford for September 2011 based on a recommendation. They didn't answer phone calls or return messages. Eventually we got through and were quoted prices that were more than 30% more expensive than other organisations on a "like for like" basis. On being provided with this information, ATG were not particularly interested in explaining why they may be significantly premium priced apart from the fact that they provide good information prior to the trip. Very disappointed in their customer relationships.
