We were so surprised to see no added comments we thought that we would add one!
We travelled twice with thos Company 1)Singapore/ New Zealand/Cook Islands/San Francisco.
2)Singapore/Australia/Bankok and during what was fairly extensive tours we experienced no major problems. The tour Managers were very professional and all of the arrangements that were made on our behalf (outside of tours) went more or less according to plan-air travel being what it is there were odd delays for which NO travel agent could account. All in all excellent service and "it was as the brochure described" We would recommend the Company.
