Don't use Balkan Tours! Terrible experience with this company. Our flight was cancelled and we were merely told it was 'changed' to a later time. It transpired that the flight they were putting us instead is to a different airport, three hours away from our intended location (original airport 20 mins away). We only found this out through repeated calls. Their Dublin and Belfast offices seem to have their wires entirely crossed, we were getting different stories from both. Communication from their side has been dreadful, and we're struggling to get a full refund. We're considering going to the Ombudsman for advice as Balkan Tours are just so bad to deal with.
