Tour Operators - Best On Bahamas

Best on Bahamas, I'm convinced, is a fraudulent company. Before we left for the Bahamas, my fiancee and I booked a "Swim with the Dolphins" through Best on Bahamas (who 'said' they worked with Unexo). They quickly charged my credit card the full amount, and sent an email saying that my request was received and within 48 hours, I would receive a confirmation email with the details of my excursion. More than 48 hours came and went, nothing. I called their office and was assured that I would receive my confirmation email first thing the following morning. Again, nothing. I called again a day or so later and was assured I would have the email confirmation by end of that day. Once again, nothing. I called a day or two later and cancelled it all together. They said it wasn't a problem, that I should see a credit on my credit card within three business days. More than a week went by and there was no credit. Finally, I contacted my credit card and had the charges reversed. When we arrived in the Bahamas, I used the Excursion Desk at our resort to book the dolphin swim through Unexo. I asked the lady about Best on Bahamas and she had never heard of them. In fact, she said that many of those companies that claim they will book excursions for you in the Caribbean are fraudulent. If just one person reads this review and decides to steer clear of Best on Bahamas, I will feel writing this review was worth it.
