Cox & Kings. Don't use them, they let me down with disdain. Despite written confirmation over 4 weeks ago I have now been told that they didn't book the correct hotel, and now the hotel is full! There is an upgraded room available at the selected hotel and in the context of a £5000 holiday they point blank REFUSE to do pay for that, saying I can pick up the extra cost! In addition the attitude of their staff quite frankly STINKS, they are attempting to wheedle their way out of the arrangement despite having confirmed my requests back to me. What confidence would you have in travelling with such an organisation. What could they get wrong or let you down on then treat you likewise?

That is very bad, if Cox and Kings can be so careless about their arrangements and further not even consider correcting their mistakes it makes this tour operator quite unreliable. I only logged on to this site to book a Euro tour and now I have changed my mind, bad on you Cox and Kings. Hope you at least fired the guy that made the mistake coz this complaint is gaining you a bad reputation and soon you guys will not have much business left. I feel very strongly about this and although I haven't been affected personally I still would chose to keep away from your company as I fear my fate if you screwed up my very expensive holiday which I intend to pay with using hard earned money.
