Very disappointed in the operators, a lot of the arrangements were made through the travel agents and I was told that this was a professional business with a reputable reputation, unfortunately I have to disagree. Whilst the travel arrangements were adequate and they got us to our destination we had some concerns about Eurohike who looked after us. On our return we complained about a few aspects of the journey, such as the way we were treated at some of the hotels, a disturbing experience with a drunk cab driver and paying over the top for an excursion I believed we had paid for in full before we even left the UK? The response we received back was one of disbeleif that we could have experience these issues and it was related back in a letter that basically we could not have had these experiences - all I can say is believe you me it did - I will not be using this tour operator again or recommending them to anyone
