Please to keep you inform that it is not the mistake of New Horizon Holidays, as there have given you all the best of them & will give the best till the time there are in this Travel Industry. Because of other travel agent mistake Travelers can't blame them.
So, kindly keep do booking with them.

We used New Horizons to book our holiday to Malaysia and we were very disappointed with their service. We made a mistake with our transfer arrangement upon arrival in the airport so we were left stranded in the airport (70 kms away from the city) with a young baby and no transport to our hotel. We had to chase New Horizons for a refund for two weeks - there was no apology to us directly and they did not even tell us how much the refund is. This service is very disappointing and whilst New Horizons advertise to be a 'reliable' travel operator, they are obviously not reliable at all and worst of all, they do not accept responsibility for their mistake in not booking the transfer properly. I would definitely NOT recommend New Horizons.
