Tour Operators - Simply Crete Holidays

We recently booked our week long holiday in Crete through Simply Crete Holidays and from start to finish everything exceeded our expectations. As hoteliers ourselves we are fairly critical but from our first contact everything ran like clockwork, immediate response to e-mails and friendly, well informed telephone contact. We weren't expecting to be met at the airport but we were and with a bottle of local wine and an exceptionally helpful information pack. Steve then took time to speak with a local taxi driver and set it up so we could follow him to our hotel and even though he was very pressed for time he really went the extra mile to make sure we were set up to begin our holiday. The villa was well appointed with again, extra touches: milk, juice etc waiting for us. Everything was spotlessly clean and staff friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this firm again should we return to Crete, which incidentally is a wonderful place to stay. Billie and Kevin Wilson
