I made several complaints to TT in regards to two tours that I have just returned from in Europe and was brushed off by their rude unhelpful staff. TT are the worst tour company available, please dont use them.

Was all set, paid, to go on a Trafalgar Tour to London, Paris, Rome. When I got the docs they had switched to less desirable hotels. I canceled and went on my own. Glad I did.

Overpriced optional tours, non-existent customer service for complaints, drive-by attractions with little or no opportunities to photograph, they don't accommodate special diets, SUBSTANDARD old fashioned crampt dirty rooms, dirty linens, too much time in the bus...arrives to places late in the day when attractions close....TERRIBLE customer service....read the fine print and get room assignments you can check out BEFORE you go - if you can't, choose someone else.

We went on a train tour of Scandinavia with Trafalgar Tours and loved it. Being able to walk around was a treat and some of the trains had plug-ins and internet. You have to lug your own luggage through the stations, but that wasn\'t too much of a problem for anyone on our tour. And when we got to the train, the men set up a human chain to load the luggage inside the car (piled in racks or in an empty space at the back of the car.)
