Having booked with Utracks for a walk in Sicily, for two people I asked that they book an extra day in the start hotel. This was a three star hotel in Catania. The quote came back at A$344. The internet price is A$160 and five star hotels in Catania do not charge the price quoted. This is blatently taking the customer to be a fool.
