Basically, our holiday was a shambles. Wildlife Worldwide booked us into the wrong accommodation, wrong flights, wrong food etc. We complained and they agreed to pay us a small sum of money to go away. We took it to the arbitration scheme and the arbitrator has now awarded us more money. At all points on this journey, Chris Breem, one of the directors, has been VERY unhelpful.
They are VERY expensive (watch for all sorts of hidden charges) and you could organise a much better holiday without them. Most of their tours can be booked direct on the web with their mark ups being up to 50%. Avoid.
