Ikapa has not responded to several requests to process a refund which was due to clients for an overbooked property on the tour. The property has already processed the refund to Ikapa, but Ikapa has not forwarded it to the clients. They simply stopped any correspondence or communication and have not issued the refund. Ikapa also owes clients refund for charges which were charged by Ikapa then charged again by properties. Rather than promptly return the money to the overcharged clients, Ikapa lied and told them a credit would be issued to the credit card of their travelling companions, even though they had never paid anything to Ikapa. Had they done this it would have been a huge mess and sloppy paperwork trail, but the fact is, Ikapa has yet to return any funds owed to the clients.
