Airports in British Virgin Islands
Formerly known as Beef Island Airport, Terrance B. Lettsome International (EIS) welcomes fliers to the British Virgin Islands. The small airport takes up most of Beef Island, which is located just seven miles (12km) from the region's major island of Tortola. Terrance B. Lettsome only accepts small aircraft (64-seater maximum), and most traffic consists of chartered flights. Nearby Trellis Bay makes for a fantastic last-minute stop for travellers on their way out of the country.
The airport is situated seven miles (12km) from Road Town, Tortola.
