Entry requirements for Americans: US citizens must have a passport that is valid upon arrival in Gabon. A visa is required.
Entry requirements for UK nationals: British citizens must have a passport that is valid upon arrival in Gabon. A visa is required.
Entry requirements for Canadians: Canadian citizens must have a passport that is valid upon arrival in Gabon. A visa is required.
Entry requirements for Australians: Australian citizens must have a passport that is valid upon arrival in Gabon. A visa is required.
Entry requirements for South Africans: South African citizens must have a passport that is valid upon arrival in Gabon. Holders of entry authorisation, issued to them by Gabonese Immigration prior to their arrival in the country, can obtain a visa on arrival. The visa fee is EUR 65, or equivalent in freely convertible currency.
Entry requirements for New Zealanders: New Zealand citizens must have a passport that is valid upon arrival in Gabon. A visa is required.

Passport/Visa Note: All visitors to Gabon must be in possession of a hotel voucher or a letter of invitation issued by their sponsor, a return/onward ticket, and the necessary travel documentation for their next destination; OR, an Autorisation d'entree au Gabon, issued prior to their arrival in the country, by the Direction Generale de la Documentation et de l'Immigration in Gabon. Note that a yellow fever vaccination is required to enter Gabon. NOTE: It is highly recommended that your passport has at least six months validity remaining after your intended date of departure from your travel destination. Immigration officials often apply different rules to those stated by travel agents and official sources.
