Cape May, situated along the coastline, is the nation's oldest seaside resort and is known for its tranquil beaches, historic sites and nearby geographical attractions. Contrasted with the bright lights of Atlantic City, Cape May is a haven for those looking to take in the sea air, some top notch shopping and fine dining. Atlantic City is a night owl's paradise in steep contrast, offering tourists casinos, extravagant nightclubs and lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Cities like Princeton and New Brunswick offer history and depth for those in search of some historical substance.
