Airports in Quebec
One of the busiest airports in Canada, Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (usually shortened to Montréal Trudeau International Airport) serves the greater Montreal area, including northern Vermont and New York State, from its location about 12 miles (20km) from central Montreal.
Serving nearly 13 million passengers each year, Montréal Trudeau International Airport is a modern facility with plenty of shops and restaurants, and other facilities to make the transition into Canada a smooth one. Unfortunately, the airport has a reputation for long queues and disorganised customs and security screening, however the friendly and helpful staff is always on hand.
Flights to Montréal Trudeau International Airport come in from all around the world, including international hubs like New York, Amsterdam, Cancun, Doha, Mexico City, Paris, Chicago, Lisbon, Panama City, Dallas, London, Rome and Barbados.
The airport is located 15 miles (24km) west of Montréal.
