Hi all we are travelling from Ireland to Cyprus on 24th May 2009 and was wondering does your passport have to be in date 6 months before we go? Responses would be great

I'm going to Cyprus on 20th May of this month, next Wednesday. The information i have been given is that your passports need to be valid for at least 3 months after your return.
