Looking to travel to Odessa Ukraine can anyone recomend a airline from the USA Portland or Seattle that is affordable and has good connections?

Well, it is a bit tricky, but there is a low fare carrier called Wizz Air that has its Ukrainian sibsidiary. They fly with modern A320 planes and you could check out their offers at www.wizzair.com
