Hello I am travelling to St.Martin/St.Maarten with my fiance and he is a US greencard holder with a nationality from Haiti. Does anyone know if he needs a visa to travel? Also can anyone recommend great inexpensive hotels/villas/places to stay not too far from the beaches as well! Thank you for your help in advance!
