Can anyone tell me if the weather is still likely to be very wet in February. What are the sea conditions like then? I am looking for a hotel with a bit of luxury but not lots of hustle and bustle. Can anyone please advise. I am also planning on going to Pangkor and Langkawi.
I love to snorkel.
