We are coming the first full week in October to start a 3 week trip making a loop from Denver, to RMNP, Jackson, Grand Tetons, Yellowstone and Mt. Rushmore/Badlands. This will be our first trip to any of these areas. Mainly want to see the many spendors of God's creation and wildlife. Will get into Denver around noon, rent a car and start out towards Estes Park.
Should we spend 2 nights here and if so what locations should we stay in knowing we are heading towards Jackson when we leave there. Will we be able to see any of the Aspens still be in their fall colors or mostly gone by then. Have many more questions, but would like to start with those. Thanks a lot. I just found this site.
