I am heading on my first business trip to Hong Kong in a few weeks and I LOVE Asian food. Where's the best place to go for brilliant, authentic Cantonese cuisine? I'd prefer to avoid the tourists joints, I want the real deal. Places where the locals go. Anyone got any advice or hot tips please!?!

Go to Che's Cantonese restaurant in wanchai, it is authentic and in a traditional restaurant style (not street food style or over-embellished)
