Far East Asia: 10 hour stopover in Hong Kong - sightseeing close to the airport?

I'm flying to Australia via Hong Kong and I've got 10 hours to kill before my flight. I'd love to get out the airport and see a bit of Hong Kong, what attractions are close by and worth seeing?

I have the same problem so I contacted the Tourism Board at Hong Kong. They organise conducted round tours from the airport but these tours end late afternoon or evening. This is no good for us but may be your transit hours can accomodate such a tour
