Does Bangkok have different nationality restaurants like italian, french, greek, romanian etc? Thank you!

I am plaining to visit bankkok.. Could you please tell me excelent hotels I mean not 5 stars but 4 stars with good Hilal food, also tell me is there some Pakistani Resturant are there? Thanks
