What are the health risks in Iran? I have heard reports of malaria, typhoid and cholera. What precautions are necessary to avoid these diseases? Is there good healthcare and medicine available in Iran if I do get sick?

I live in Yazd, Iran
And never about anything that anyone with these diseases is to have heard
if anyone get sick General diseases like these, you can go Public clinics free of charges
