Is this going to work?
The re-issuance kept getting put-off, and now of course there is a business crisis to attend to down there! Procrastination!
Can re-issuance of an Emergency issued Passport be expedited in London?
Will Oman even care?

Q: Will Oman even care?
A: I looked it up myself - "Note: The validity period of the applicant's passport should not be less than six months."
