I have clients who want to take a bus from Santiago to Chillan. I need to know if the buses run daily and if anyone knows the schedule.

Tur Bus (www.turbus.cl ) has several buses running from Santiago to the city of Chillan daily for around $12-20. You can easily see the schedule and even book online.
