Work in Alexandria Egypt

Hi to all,
I need some advice on working in egypt, I currently reside in South Africa and am looking to get my TEFL certificate. Is there any way i can work there if i dont have a degree aswell?
Do i apply for a visa here?
which visa would i need?
Can i do the TEFL course in Egypt?
Any advice would be awsome...
