South African in the Netherlands needing visa for Croatia

I am a South African living in the Netherlands. I realise I will need a visa to enter Croatia but I cannot find a embassy/consulate in the Netherlands. What is the closest embassy I can go to in order to get a visa. Also, where can I find out about the requirements (photos, costs, appointments, etc)
