Are there any cheap flights to Italy from London Heathrow or Gatwick? I know Ryanair do lots of cheap flights to Sardinia - are there many things to see and do there? And any good places to stay?
Lufthansa Italia also offer attractive flights typically around 99 return including taxes if you book well in advance and travel off peak. The fly Heathrow to Malpensa. From Malpensa (the main airport for international flights) there is a train to central MIlan for 11 and it runs every 40 minutes.

Looking for cheap flights ..am landing in Amsterdam to visit family in July, amd trave; to Tuscany (via Florence or Pisa) for few days then Spain (Madrid or Malaga) Any ideas? lots of discount sites but problem with this routing.
fuscialady - You'll get loads of cheap flights into the major cities as you've probably already found out when you bought your ticktes to Amsterdam. Best thing to do is get the train once you are there - the major cities are linked well around Europe (it takes about 2 hours to get from Amsterdam to Antwerp for example) and it's a great way to see more of the countryside
